　　大家晚上好：

　　此时此刻，我站在这个演讲台上，心里很紧张，不是因为是否能讲得好，而是在座的各位，将来可能成为我的领导，可能是我的老板。

　　有一句话是说：“毕业等于失业。”是的，在学校，我们住学校的，吃父母的，生活无忧无虑，面临毕业，我们就面临要接受生存的考验。在当今这个就业形势非常严峻的今天，大学生对将来的生活很茫然，对找工作也充满了恐惧感，但是，不能因为害怕避而远之，今天，我们要讨论的就是：大学生就业的问题。

　　所以说每个人都要调整好自己的心态，要甘心从基础做起，不要一开始就把自己定位得太高，免得到了下了台阶。一旦你的能力被老板发现了，不用你说自然老板会给你加薪，提拔你。那些天天吵着加薪的最后的结果可能都是被吵掉，因为老板发现你值不了那么钱一个月，所以没有给你加薪，你还在闹，那结果可想而知。真正有能力的人不是自己吵着加薪，而是老板自然给你加薪。

　　此时此刻，我想给大家讲一个故事，这是发生在元朝初期的故事。一个风和日丽的下午，一个年轻人跋山涉水，他走过居庸关，跨过蒙古草原，一直来到了正在关外带兵作战的成吉思汗的帐篷外，年轻人向卫兵说明来意后，卫兵仔细搜查了他的身上是否是武器，发现没有，然后让他走进帐篷。成吉思汗见来人很有礼貌，询问之后才知道，原来这个年轻人是来投奔他的.。这个年轻人叫做耶律楚才，是个契丹贵族，生长在燕京，也就是今天的北京，他的祖先耶律阿保机，是赫赫有名的辽国辽太祖。经过这次见面，成吉思汗给他安排了一个职位，一个每天写会议纪要的书记官，偶尔也为蒙古贵族算算命，占卜占卜一下星相什么的。耶律楚才没有因为拒绝，他欣然接受了这个工作，后来，他从一个小小的官做到宰相，而且一做宰相就是元朝的名宰相，为元朝的发展做出了巨大的贡献，也实现了自己的人生价值。

　　从这个故事当中，我意识到大学生找工作要从三个方面考虑，第一应该敢于主动去找工作，敢于主动去寻找机会就业;第二不要眼高手低，任何工作都需要持之以恒、工作是不分贵贱;第三，不要认为自己的起点高，就一定要从事高等的工作，放低自己才能找到合适的。现在的竞争很激烈，大学生有去洗脚有去做服务员的，每一份工作都是一个机会，机会也不是到处都有。我们大学生要真正走出象牙塔，就要主动出击，主动寻找就业机会。
